Day 40 of 100 days of Making Comics

Hey, I'm Anna Raub [AKA: Mask Woman from the Turaco Creative Cast] I'm doing the 100 Days of Making Comics Challenge [courtesy of Kevin Cross.]

1/21/2021 - Day 40: About an hour and 40min went into concept art for a gravity amplifying robot cat. Clearly it’s great invention, mimicking the beautiful workings of nature.

According to entirely scientific sources, the feline family is capable manipulating gravity. This is what allows cats to jump high, withstand falling significant distances, and also accounts for the phenomenon that prevents an individual from getting up when they have a sleeping cat on their lap. Inspired by this unique phenomenon, it was decided that this latest robot design would utilize a form of Gravity undermining technology (AKA: GUT.)

Posible applications include:

  • Criminal arrests [by enabling gravity amplification and placing the GUT on an individual.]
  • Guarding snacks by hiding them beneath this nearly immovable robot.
  • Reaching items on top of a high shelf. [The current GUT model just walks along the top of a shelf knocking objects down wherever it goes. Very helpful.]

If you remain skeptical of the feline’s capacity for gravitational manipulation, Perhaps you ought to ask yourself whether or not you’ve actually seen a cat, and not those artificial ones made by the government to fool us into thinking that gravity defying technology isn’t real.

After all, birds swim on air, they don’t defy gravity.

Other Notes:

  • Today's random interesting animal: Yes, bioluminescent Sea pickles are a thing. Just Check out the genus Pyrosoma.

  • TOOLS USED for the art in this post: Autodesk sketchbook on the ipad pro.

Thanks for tolerating my nonsense! :)

    1. Absolutely! actually you should hear about the propaganda spread by the felines themselves. There's a reason the government had to get involved.
And thank you, I'm glad you like it!
